The fine print:

VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure. Please note that the property will go through renovations from 4th July 2017 until 4th July 2019.
